I think it is always good to tell my visitors a bit about myself to establish a foundation of trust and rapport! My name is Joan. After years of working in Corporate jobs and then becoming a successful entrepreneur in different retail businesses, I then founded my own Real Estate Brokerage. It was so fun and successful for more than 30 years! However, as I headed toward my retirement years, I soon realized I wanted a lifestyle that would allow me to spend more time travelling to see my kids and grandkids. I wanted to be location independent and not tied to one place for work. I wanted to be free to schedule my own time and come and go as I please. I wanted to create something to work at where I could maintain a good quality lifestyle and live wherever I choose. I'd love to learn a little about your dreams and goals, too. There are different online businesses anyone can start for little to no money. My favorite is creating books on KDP, both low-content and mid-content books. Low content books are those with lined interiors such as notebooks or journals. You can look at some of my low-content books on Amazon by clicking below any book on the Featured Books page to review it on Amazon. Mid-content books are those such as puzzle books and activity books. They tend to sell better for me but others have had great success with just low-content books.
Another type of online business that is probably the most passive income is affiliate marketing. Refer to my Tutorials in the Blog Section on How To Make Money With Affiliate Marketing.
Blogging itself is a great way to build an audience. It takes a lot of time and self-discipline but it will pay off if you stick with it!
